Dragonfly Woman Creative Works is the artistic side of a scientist, Christine L. Goforth. In her day job, Chris is an environmental educator with a background in biology and entomology, and she teaches people how to get involved in science as collaborative scientists. Her artwork features the things she loves, celebrating the beauty of the weird, wild, and under-appreciated parts of nature. Chris does her artwork mostly for fun, fueled by her need to satisfy her ADHD by jumping from medium to medium, but pottery, jewelry making, printmaking, and fiber arts keep her coming back time and time again.
Chris does not currently have a shop for her original artwork, but she makes playful animal sculptures by commission. Contact her to discuss ideas. You can also purchase things with her nature illustrations from her Redbubble shop.
